Basic Grey Challenge 34

Challenge 34 - Anthea's Sketch
For this weeks challenge, our fabulous Design Team Member Anthea has created this fabulous sketch for you to play with :), feel free to twist, flip and stretch the sketch in any way you would like, as long as the sketch can be easily recognised you are good to go :), But remember the golden rule, there must be at least one item from Basic Grey used on your creations :) :)

card sketch 1

I found this sketch quite difficult as there are more elements than I would usually use on a card so after a lot of pondering I decided to keep my card more or less the same as the sketch.

16th may 2008 0031

I used a sheet of background paper from a 6x6 pad of Phoebe and the rest of the papers are from the Porcelain range which were left over from class at Scrapbook Sisters. The greeting stamp was a freebie from the front of a magazine and the stamped image is by Hanglar and Stanglar ( and was kindly stamped for me by Totty ) which I coloured with watercolour pencils.

Can’t wait for the next challenge!!!

Great card. Love the Hanglar image and your details are great, especially the zig-zag border you've cut.
Thanks for joing us at BG.

A beautiful card and such a gorgeous Hanglar image. Love how you interpreted the sketch, the way you used the zig zag paper is so creative. Glad you could join us at BG this week. Chris :)
