From this sketch;

All the papers and embellishments are from Sassafras Lass.

The theme for this weeks card challenge at Scrapbook Sisters is Leaves. When I thought about this card I was thinking autumnal, falling leaves and cooler weather but we seem to have some rather unseasonably warm weather.

I used a Kars stamp on to a Sizzix die cut coloured with Copics. The “hello” is a Technique Tuesday stamp and the backing paper is from Cloud 9. I used scraps of paper to punch out the various leaves.

Indian Summer

It may not be an Indian Summer outside but that’s the theme for the card challenge this week at Scrapbook Sisters. Here is my card

The papers are mostly My Minds Eye and the stamp and sentiment are from a set by Darkroom Door. The flowers on the side come on a strip of tulle. I bought them recently at a stamp show and wished that I had bought more!

Less is More

At Less is more this week, the challenge is to make a one layer card using two of something.
I have often used my Stampendous Ruffled bloom stamp  but this time I have used my new Stampendous butterfly stamp.  I stamped with an Essential Glue Pad and a selection of glitters which stand out really nicely against the black cardstock.

A Bit Late

Here is my DT card for this weeks challenge at Scrapbook Sisters

The theme is Ho Ho Ho.  I stamped my favourite Basic Grey swirl stamps with white Stazon on to a Kraft card blank. The Reindeer paper is last years My Minds Eye and the red twill tape is my last piece  of tape which I bought from Scrapbook Sisters several years ago.

Why not have a go at this weeks challenge _ a good start to making those Christmas Cards!.
