It’s been a while since I entered a Creative Scrappers challenge but here’s my entry for this weeks challenge.

I used Echo Park Yours Truly collection which was left over from my fortnightly scrapbook class at Scrapbook Sisters even after I made the following two layouts in class.
And I still have enough papers left for another layout.

Here is the card I made……
I used paper from DCWV The Green Stack and the stamp is by Helz Cuppleditch coloured with Copics. I was a little unsure if my colouring skills were up to scratch for this image but I’m actually quite pleased with it.

This week at Scrapbook Sisters the card challenge theme is Sweet Valentine. Unusually for me when I sat down to make my card I knew exactly what I wanted to make.
I used Basic Grey stamps for the branch and Inkadinkadoo stamps for the birds which I stamped on to patterned paper.The hearts are punched from red card and the wording is made with peg stamps.

Last weekend was a busy one with 18th birthdays for both my daughter and her boyfriend just a day apart so special cards were needed for both of them.
A card for my fashion and sewing mad daughter.
And a card for a talented guitar player.
It was also DD’s boyfriend’s dad’s birthday on the Friday, so there was a card for him too.

It’s been a while since I blogged. I had a busy (but lovely) Christmas and New Year followed last week end by my daughters 18th Birthday celebrations which lasted all weekend but now I’m back.
Here is this weeks card challenge for Scrapbook Sisters and the theme is snow. I must admit I had difficulty separating snow theme from making Christmas Cards but here it is……snow through the window for a New Home card.
